Do you really know
how well your farm performs?
Consider these Farm Gross Margin results...
...and the same farm over a 4 year period:
Q: How well is this farm performing?
This AgrasAI scorecard on Android & iPhone knows.
Q: How well is this farm performing?
A: Not well.
Now you know.
Scorecard #1 - Farm Gross Margin
This is the 1st of many AgrasAI scorecards.
Farm Gross Margin is based on:
This Farm Gross Margin scorecard has 4 years of crop sales and crop direct costs from many farms.
The top red bar is Farm Gross Margin.
The Deer farm scored 22.14% and ranked 9th of 10 farms (second from last) over 4 years.
The solid yellow bars is Farm Gross Margin for other anonymous farms in the AgrasAI data pool.
Other farms and data remain forever anonymous. Each farmer sees only their farm.
The three small charts are:
as $ / acre.
Below each red bar in the small charts are outlined yellow bars for:
from all farms in the data pool for Crop Sales, Crops Direct Costs, and Crop Income.
AgrasAI reveals what a FMIS cannot. Why? Our analytics uses data from many farms.
These smaller charts show your farm in context to ALL farms.
Farms constantly innovate.
AgrasAI measures the impact of innovation and operations across all opt-in farms.
Painful facts cannot be ignored.
Scorecard #2 - Crops Gross Margin
The 2nd scorecard is Crops Gross Margin.
It's crops from the farms in the 1st scorecard.
Use the Span menu (scorecard lower right) to set years of data, here it's 4 years: 2020-2023.
Fact: enjoy ever increasing value of AgrasAI analytics and scorecards as farms and years of data are added.
The red line is average crop gross margin.
Scorecard #3 - Farm Crop Sales
This scorecard shows all crop sales for Deer farm over the 4 year span 2020-2023.
The top entry is LNT R, Lentils Red:
Crops are ordered by decreasing Crop Sales %.
It's now easy to identify crops with higher margins.
Fact: tailor this scorecard to your liking with:
Here is Rebalance Less:
Rebalance Less identified 47.29% of Deer farm crop sales 2020-2023 in lower margin crops.
14.00% percent of sales was CNL Canola with a crop margin of 15.06% whereas ALL farms crop margin was 30.22%.

Analytics vs. Operations
Every enterprise gathers, transforms, aggregates, analyzes, and visualizes data from branch locations.
AgrasAI does the same by replacing branch locations with opt-in farms.
Farms in the AgrasAI data pool are forever anonymous. Each farmer sees only their farm.
Truth is a FMIS cannot produce an AgrasAI scorecard. Our scorecards leverage data from many farms, not just one farm.
AgrasAI analytics and FMIS operations differ in data design and processing.
Each is a specialty.
Each synergizes the other.
AgrasAI transforms opt-in farm operations data into a multi dimensional star schema, with master data, data governance, ML and AI.
No FMIS?
AgrasAI provides direct data entry. No other tools required.

100 farms participated in the pilot, each farm dedicated 40 acres.
We asked:
AgrasAI answers these questions and more.
A farm is a business, and a farm business wants to know:
One farm is a data silo.
AgrasAI fast forwards beyond the farm data silo to analyze data gathered from many farms.
The benefits of analytics and AI are now available to all farms, big and small.
Leverage actionable insights not available with traditional farm management apps.
A better AI requires better data.
AgrasAI is curating the best farm data to build an AI model of each farm.
AgrasAI gathers data from many farms, aggregates, analyzes, applies ML and AI, and visualizes the results.
We measure each farm's success, deliver clear insights on performance, and offer opportunities for improvement.
AgrasAI is new AgTech.
We are the only SaaS solution delivering analytics and AI on data gathered from many farms.

AgrasAI gathers what farm accountants call "direct costs" and the Saskatchewan Crop Planning Guide calls "variable expenses".
Currently we don't gather "indirect costs" aka "other expenses".
We also gather seeding rates, fertilizer and pesticide amounts, liters of fuel, crop yields, crop sales and contracts, crop inventory, land lease and land mortgage expenses.
AgrasAI has achieved MVP (minimum viable product) using Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.
The mobile app will be implemented in React Native. The mobile app is in design.
After 75 weeks of R&D the data risk is off the table.
We are ready for early adopters.
Connect with farmers, farm accountants, crop associations, multi-farm businesses.
Build a quality management team and strategic relationships. Discussions are underway.
